Anna's Coffee House

Popular with expats, it has 35 Mbps wifi, comfortable seating, bookish decor, and plugs at every table. They serve western food including waffles, brunch, burgers, and burritos, and are open 7:30AM to 5PM.
The views over the pine forests are beautiful. A bit pricier than local spots but worth it for a longer work session.
